“I will stand at my watch and station myself on the ramparts; I will look to see what He will say to me, and what answer I am to give to this.” Habakkuk 2:1

After filing his complaints with the Lord, the prophet Habakkuk acknowledged the sovereignty of God. He turned to worship. He resolved to watch and listen for God’s response. He trusted that God heard his prayer and that an answer would come… in time.

The Watchtower devotional encourages us to pray for an expectant heart knowing that God hears us and is faithful to respond.
