HOW DOES MEMBERSHIP WORK?

Our Auto Ship option provides you with automatic billing and shipment of each month's kit at retail price of $22.50 plus shipping. Creative Retreat Kits by Danielle Young Designs, LLC will continue billing until the customer cancels. 

WHEN AND HOW WILL I BE BILLED?

We have two payment options: credit card or PayPal. Recurring orders are billed on the 5th of each month. Auto-Ship kits will continue billing until customer cancels. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping is based on weight and starts at $5.00 within the United States. Shipping to Canada begins at $14.00. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

HOW DO I CANCEL?

If for any reason you need to cancel your recurring orders, you may do so by logging into the shop and selecting the Account menu. Back to top

Why was I charged sales tax?

Per Georgia State law, Creative Retreat Kits by Danielle Young Designs, LLC is required to charge sales tax to Georgia customers on all physical products.  Back to top

 

When will my order be shipped and how much is shipping?

Orders are shipped out within 3 business days via USPS First Class Mail or upgraded Priority Mail (domestic only). Shipping is based on weight and starts at $5.00 within the United States. Shipping to Canada begins at $14.00. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
*Orders over $40 qualify for FREE U.S. shipping. This option will be available at checkout with a qualifying cart.  Back to top

 

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns. A complete list of contents are included in each item description as well as photos. Please review all items carefully before a purchase is made as all sales are final.   Back to top

 

What if my order is damaged?

If your order is damaged, please email info@creativeretreatkits.com within 10 days of receipt. Please include photos of the damage as well as the outside packaging, if applicable. If the item(s) is available, we will send a replacement out to you immediately. If the item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued to you.  Back to top

 

What if my shipment is missing an item?

If you find your shipment is missing an item, please email info@creativeretreatkits.com. If the item(s) is available, we will send a replacement out to you immediately. If the item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued to you.  Back to top

You can earn points through purchases and referring your friends!

WHAT CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR?
Glad you asked! We want to make it easy and fun to redeem your hard-earned points. 500 Points = $5.00 off your next purchase.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Simply visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view your reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your reward.

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?
Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the top of this popup.

DO I HAVE TO ENROLL OR REGISTER IN INDIVIDUAL PROMOTIONS?
Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR POINTS TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT?
You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!

DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Nope! Your points will never expire.

HOW MANY POINTS AM I ALLOWED TO REDEEM AT ONCE?
As many as you'd like! If you've got them, we want you to use them. However, you may only use one coupon code at a time. 500 points = $5 coupon code, 1,000 points = $10 coupon code, 1500 points = $15 coupon code.
