EMBELLISHMENT KIT SUBSCRIPTIONS

Creative Retreat kits are available as single purchase or subscription.

HOW DOES MEMBERSHIP WORK?

Our subscription option provides you with automatic billing and shipment of each month's kit as well as 10% savings from our kit's retail price of $14.99. For $13.49 plus $5.00 flat rate shipping (U.S. including Puerto Rico and APO addresses), new subscriptions require a 3 month minimum commitment and will continue billing until the subscriber cancels. Subscriber kits begin shipping between the 5th and the 7th of each month via USPS First Class unless this date range falls on a weekend or holiday.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I BE BILLED?

We have two payment options: credit card or PayPal. Subscribers are billed on the 5th of each month. New subscriptions require a 3 month minimum and will continue billing until subscriber cancels. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping is based on weight and starts at $5.00 within the United States, $10.00 for Canada and $14.00 for all other destinations. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

CAN I SKIP A KIT?

Unfortunately, we cannot allow subscribers to 'skip' a month.

HOW DO I CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION?

If for any reason you need to cancel your subscription, you may do so in your 'Manage Subscriptions' panel within your shop account. After your third subscription kit has billed, the option to 'Cancel' will appear. Simply click 'Cancel' to cancel future billing.  Back to top

Why was I charged sales tax?

Per Georgia State law, we are required to charge sales tax to Georgia customers on some products.  Back to top

 

When will my order be shipped and how much is shipping?

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping is based on weight and starts at $5.00 within the United States, $10.00 for Canada and $14.00 for all other destinations. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.  Back to top

 

Is my shipment lost?

Products are shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail, and we will gladly provide a tracking number for each purchase. Please email hello@creativeretreatkits.com to request your tracking number if you have not already received it. Shipments are declared "lost" if they are not received within 30 days (U.S.) or 45 days (International) of shipping. If you have not received your package within this time frame, please email hello@creativeretreatkits.com and we will work with you to replace the items you ordered.   Back to top

Can I return my order?

A complete list of contents are included in each item description as well as photos. Please review all items carefully before purchase is made as all sales are final.   Back to top

 

What if my order is damaged?

If your order is damaged, please email hello@creativeretreatkits.com within 10 days of receipt. Please include photos of the damage as well as the outside packaging, if applicable. If the item(s) is available, we will send a replacement out to you immediately. If the item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued to you.  Back to top

 

What if my shipment is missing an item?

When will I receive my bonus digital products?

Bonus digital files are available for free on the Creative Retreat website. Your digital download should be available immediately after successful checkout.   Back to top

Please see the black "Earn Rewards" tab to access your Rewards panel. This tab will be found on the far left side of your screen on a desktop, or at the bottom of your screen on a mobile device.

HOW CAN I EARN POINTS
You can earn points through purchases and referring your friends!

WHAT CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR?
Glad you asked! We want to make it easy and fun to redeem your hard-earned points. 500 Points = $5.00 off your next purchase. However, rewards and coupon codes cannot be used toward subscribe and save products.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view your reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your reward.

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?
Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the top of this popup.

DO I HAVE TO ENROLL OR REGISTER IN INDIVIDUAL PROMOTIONS?
Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR POINTS TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT?
You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!

DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Nope! Your points will never expire.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I MAKE A RETURN?
When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.

HOW MANY POINTS AM I ALLOWED TO REDEEM AT ONCE?
As many as you'd like! If you've got them, we want you to use them. However, you may only use one coupon code at a time. 500 points = $5 coupon code, 1,000 points = $10 coupon code. If you need to redeem your points (more than 1500) for a value greater than $10, please email hello@creativeretreatkits.com. We will gladly assist!

WHAT IF I'M MISSING CREDIT FOR A PURCHASE?
If you don't immediately see your activity show up in your account, please get in touch and we'll help you out! Just keep in mind that on rare occasions, it may take 1 - 2 business days for activity to post to your account.

I'M VERY CLOSE TO A REWARD THAT I WANT. CAN I BUY EXTRA POINTS TO GET THERE?
Unfortunately, we currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the 'Get Rewards' tab. Back to top
