But God Devotional

How many times throughout Scripture do we read “but God”? Often our understanding is temporal, and God’s plans surprise us. We expect a particular outcome, but He does something better.

He gave His one and only Son. Jesus was crucified and buried. Human hands seemed to snuff out the Light of the World. BUT GOD. “But God released Him from the horrors of death and raised Him back to life…” (Acts 2:24)
